Renovize provides lead generation, advertising, and AI automation services for contractors and home improvement businesses. Our services include (but are not limited to) appointment generation, chatbot and callbot setup, ad campaign management, and related consulting.


Payments and Billing

All payments are due as outlined in your chosen service package. Service fees are typically billed monthly and must be paid in advance to maintain active campaigns and automations. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services.


Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate business and contact information.
  • Reviewing and approving creative materials, ads, and automations before launch.
  • Following up with leads and managing booked appointments.

Advertising Disclaimer

While Renovize uses proven systems and strategies, we cannot guarantee specific results such as sales, conversions, or profit. Advertising performance can vary due to factors beyond our control, including market conditions and client responsiveness.


Cancellations and Refunds

Clients may cancel services with written notice at least 14 days before the next billing cycle. Refunds are issued only if explicitly stated in a written service agreement or in cases where Renovize fails to deliver agreed-upon deliverables.


Intellectual Property

All creative assets, software configurations, and campaign data produced by Renovize remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not copy, redistribute, or resell our systems or materials without permission.


Limitation of Liability

Renovize is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client during the month in which the claim arose.


Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page, with an updated effective date.
